By accessing trainingbrillian website and services, you agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.

Service Description

Trainingbrillian provides professional event planning and curation services in Netherlands, including corporate events, private celebrations, and cultural experiences. Services are customized and subject to availability.

Booking & Payment

Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit (30-50% of total cost). Full payment due 14 days before event date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing. Fees apply based on timing:

90+ days before 25% fee

60-90 days before 50% fee

30-59 days before 75% fee

Less than 30 days 100% fee

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event information
Timely communication and decisions
Review and approve proposals
Make payments on schedule
Ensure guest compliance with venue rules

Limitation of Liability

Trainingbrillian is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, venue closures, vendor failures, or government restrictions. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We recommend event insurance.
